Meet Colter! Colter arrived in our shelter very reserved and shy. This cutie has warmed up immensely to our staff and volunteers here after a short time. He accepts affection and pets readily and enjoys calm, quiet shared time with people. Colter needs a patient, sweet home to continue to flourish in. His adoption fee is $55. We are now offering BOGO adoptions, adopt one cat or kitten and the second is free of charge. If you are interested in adopting a cat from HSPC, please complete our adoption application. Approved applicants will be contacted within 3 working days for an appointment. We operate by appointment only. Our online application can be found at: https://hspcwi.org/adopt/ All cats adopted through HSPC are spayed/neutered, microchipped, FeLV & FIV tested, and receive core vaccinations (younger kittens may not be fully vaccinated due to age).
