Our medical team will be set up to provide the services listed below as efficiently as possible.  They will not be able to diagnose or treat other conditions. If you have concerns about your pet’s health, please visit your veterinarian for assistance.

HSPC is offering the following services at this clinic:

  • Dog licenses – prices vary by municipality and if the dog has been spayed or neutered (Proof of rabies vaccination is required)
  • Rabies vaccination – 1 year vaccination $14
  • Rabies vaccination – 3 year vaccination requires proof of prior rabies vaccination  $17
  • Bordetella (Kennel cough) intranasal vaccination $20
  • DAPP (Distemper, Adenovirus, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza)  vaccination $15
  • Leptospirosis 4 way vaccination  $25
  • Lyme booster vaccination  $30
  • Microchip with free lifetime registration $15
  • Heartworm test $20
  • Prescriptions for heartworm preventative  are included with a heartworm test
  • 4DX test  $30
  • FIV/FeLV test $30
  • FVCRP (feline distemper / panleukopenia, calicivirus, rhinotracheitis) vaccination $25
  • Feline Leukemia $30

The clinic is being held at the Humane Society of Portage County shelter located at
3200 Iber Ln, Plover, WI 54467.  Iber lane is accessed from Highway B. The shelter is located south of Jay-Mar & NAPA, and east of Bruns & Sons Auto.

Please make an appointment for each pet requiring a test, microchip or vaccination. Priority will be given to animals with appointments. Walk in traffic may experience wait time delays. For the safety of all the animals and people at the clinic, please have your dog on a leash and cat in a carrier.

If all you need is a dog license and you have proof of current rabies vaccination, you can acquire licenses at your municipality’s business office or at the Humane Society of Portage County shelter. No appointment is required to purchase a license.
