Color: Orange Gender: Male Age: Young Location Found: Near the cul de sac of Page Drive in Plover. Cat "yelled" (loudly meowed) at the open door of a random apartment balcony, did not go away. The cat was let inside due to cold and rainy conditions.

Mainly orange fur, spotted pattern on the left, right, and top sides of the torso. Fur is mostly white from the chest all the way under the animal to the rear of its torso. Animal seems well groomed, no identification is visible. Very vocal, and afraid of random humans.
