HSPC is closed to the general public but is offering its services by appointment.
Since 1969, our mission has been to prevent cruelty, abuse, neglect, and overpopulation of companion animals while seeking adoption of these animals into compatible homes, and teaching humane awareness and respect for all life, thus helping to build a better community.
